The Stay Home Bowl

Being at home = means more time for making breakfast. Why not use this time to perfect your smoothie bowl making expertise?

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 200 g açai purée (2 packs – thawed for 5 mins and broken into chunks for ease)

  • 60 ml dairy free milk

  • 1 dollop of coconut yoghurt (or any other yoghurt alternative)

  • Squeeze of honey/agave syrup

  • To garnish: Fruit, granola, nut butter…


Method

  1. Blend the milk, yoghurt, honey/agave first, into a smooth paste

  2. Add the açai chunks to the creamy emulsion and blend again until smooth - might need to stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula for that thick, ice creamy texture.

  3. Pour into a bowl, add topping, and enjoy. Aproveite!
