The Stay Home Bowl
Being at home = means more time for making breakfast. Why not use this time to perfect your smoothie bowl making expertise?
Serves one.
Ingredients
200 g açai purée (2 packs – thawed for 5 mins and broken into chunks for ease)
60 ml dairy free milk
1 dollop of coconut yoghurt (or any other yoghurt alternative)
Squeeze of honey/agave syrup
To garnish: Fruit, granola, nut butter…
Method
Blend the milk, yoghurt, honey/agave first, into a smooth paste
Add the açai chunks to the creamy emulsion and blend again until smooth - might need to stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula for that thick, ice creamy texture.
Pour into a bowl, add topping, and enjoy. Aproveite!
