Grounding Cacao and Açai Bowl

This rich, earthy bowl is packed with antioxidants, is really creamy and doesn’t have any added sugar. It’s sure to bring you back down to earth even in the most uncertain of times. And you only need 5 simple ingredients.

Take a deep inhale, and “ah-siiiiiigh-eee” it out.

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 200 g açai purée (2 packs – chopped into chunks for ease)

  • 100 ml dairy free milk (we like almond)

  • Small handful of cashew nuts

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs


Method

  1. First blend the cashews, chia seeds, cacao nibs and dairy free milk into a smooth paste.

  2. Run the açai packets under a tap until soft and you can break them up with your hands.

  3. Add the pre-broken açai to the blender, and blitz again until smooth.

  4. Plop into your favourite bowl, and add toppings, or leave it plain for a really pure experience.
