Autumny açaí pudding 🧡

Move over Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Açaí pudding is here! It’s all you need this autumn - crunchy, creamy and filling. Perfect for breakfast or an impressive dinner party dessert!


Ingredients (for two):

🍁 Ingredients:

🤍 Chia pudding:
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk

Combine & place aside/in the fridge.

🧡 Pumpkin layer:
- 5 tbps purée
- cinnamon (to your liking)
- maple syrup (to your liking)

You can use a store-bought pumpkin purée, or make one yourself by cutting your pumpkin in half, de-seeding it and baking it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until tender.

Blend all of the ingredients (if you use just a splash of maple syrup there may be additional water needed).

💜 Açaí layer:
- 1 açaí purée packet
- 1 banana
- a splash of almond milk
- 1 handful of frozen mango

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.

Place all of the layers in a glass/jar starting with the chia pudding at the bottom, then the pumpkin layer and the açaí layer as the last one.

Top with fresh fruit, granola or nuts!
