On-the-go Açaí Breakfast Smoothie

Here's our current favourite breakfast-on-the-go smoothie. Quick to make, and full of all the goodness you need to hit the ground running!


Ingredients (for one):

  • 1 pack of frozen açaí purée (softened slightly under the tap)

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 3/4 cup yoghurt (we used coconut)

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  1. Blend all the ingredients together into a thick smoothie - add more milk if needed

  2. Pour into a glass or your on-the-go smoothie container, and enjoy
