On-the-go Açaí Breakfast Smoothie
Here's our current favourite breakfast-on-the-go smoothie. Quick to make, and full of all the goodness you need to hit the ground running!
Ingredients (for one):
1 pack of frozen açaí purée (softened slightly under the tap)
2 frozen bananas
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup yoghurt (we used coconut)
1/4 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients together into a thick smoothie - add more milk if needed
Pour into a glass or your on-the-go smoothie container, and enjoy
