Açai & Mango Sunshine Smoothie

This super refreshing, quick and easy açai smoothie, makes the perfect start to a spring morning.

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 100 g açai purée (1 pack – chopped into chunks for ease)

  • 100 ml apple & mango juice

  • 50 ml dairy free milk

  • 50 ml water/ice

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cm ginger (for added fire)


Method

  1. Throw everything in your blender

  2. Blend until smooth and glossy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
