Easy (Like Sunday Morning) Açai

Making an açaí bowl can be as simple as you like - with just 4 ingredients you can create a creamy, healthy, wholesome bowl.

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 200 g açai purée (2 packs)

  • 60 ml oat milk

  • 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

  • Squeeze of honey/agave syrup (for a little more sweetness)

  • To garnish: Fruit, granola, nut butter…


Method

  1. Run the açai packets under a tap until slightly soft and you can break them up with your hands

  2. Blend everything non-açai well first.

  3. Add the pre-broken açai chunks to the creamy emulsion and blend again until smooth. Add more oat milk if needed.

  4. Scrape into your favourite bowl, and top with whatever you fancy. Bom apetite!
