Açai & Apple Smoothie

Smoothies don’t really get much simpler than this, and it ticks all the boxes:

  • Healthy  ☑

  • Refreshing ☑

  • Delicious ☑

  • Purple ☑

Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 100 g açai purée (1 pack – chopped into chunks for ease)

  • 100 ml apple juice

  • 1 banana


Method

  1. Throw everything in your blender

  2. Blend until smooth and glossy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

  4. Optional: Pour into an old jar and take on a walk to your local park.
