Pink Pitaya & Banana Ice Cream Chia Pudding

Relish summer flavours with the warmer days ahead! Try this delicious dessert you can enjoy at any time of the day!

💗 Pink chia pudding:

- 1 packet of our wild-grown pink pitaya purée
- 3 tbsps chia seeds

Combine the ingredients and set aside for at least 15 minutes, stir frequently.

🍌 Banana ice cream:

- 1 frozen banana
- a splash of oat milk

Blend all of the ingredients - be patient!

Scoop the ice cream on top of the chia pudding. Add my toppings you’d like.
