No-bake Granola Bars

These granola bars can pass as a quick and nutritious breakfast. They make a perfect grab-and-go snack, too!

💜 Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup of roasted rolled oats
- 1 cup of roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of banana chips
- 1 cup of date purée (dates soaked in water & blended)
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter

💜 Method:

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add date purée, mix thoroughly.
3. Warm maple syrup (or agave or honey) and peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir and pour over oat mixture and then mix.
4. Transfer to an 8x8-inch baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Press down firmly until uniformly flattened.
6. Let firm up in fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Store in an airtight container for up to a few days.
