Açaí Pancake Sauce
The smoothest, creamiest and tastiest pancake topping you could ever dream of!
💜 Ingredients:
1 açaí purée packet
3 tbsps maple syrup
3 tsps corn flour
1/3 cup water
💜 Method:
1. Defrost the açaí purée packet by placing it in a bowl filled with warm water for a few minutes.
2. Pour the purée to a saucepan, add maple syrup, combine over a medium heat.
3. Dissolve corn flour in water, make sure there are no lumps. Add it to the saucepan.
4. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove from the stove, pour into a jar/container immediately.
Serve on pancakes, granola bowls or by itself!
