Layered açaí smoothie

This delightful layered smoothie is both pleasing to the eye, and to the tastebuds. Made with just 4 ingredients, it’s easy to make and impressive to serve! Made with our frozen açaí purée, banana, oat milk and soy yogurt.

💜 Ingredients:

- 2 packets of wild grown açaí purée
- 1 banana
- a splash of oat milk
- yoghurt of choice (we used cherry soy yoghurt & vanilla soy yoghurt)

💜 Method

1. Blend all of the the ingredients but the yoghurt.
2. Layer the açaí smoothie interchangeably with yoghurt of choice.

Eat immediately, or alternatively place them in the freezer for a few minutes.
