Fruity Lollies

Colourful, refreshing, and filled with vitamins. These fruity ice lollies can be enjoyed by adults and kids alike! We recommend adding premium açaí purée for the ultimate summer treat.

💜 Ingredients:

All you need for this recipe is coconut yogurt and your favourite fruit of choice, optionally some oat milk/water.

The quantities depend on the size of your ice lolly moulds.

For a reference, we used 2 tbsps coconut yoghurt + a handful of fruit (wild grown açaí purée, raspberries, kiwi, mango) per mould.

💜 Method

1. Combine coconut yoghurt with fruit purée (blend each fruit with water/oat milk separately) lightly.
2. Pour the mixtures into ice lolly moulds, top with fruit.
3. Freeze overnight.

Enjoy on a sunny day, or any day whenever you feel like something refreshing, healthy and colourful!
