Cupuaçu Cheesecake Bites
Creamy, tangy, and bursting with the exotic flavors of cupuaçu, these bite-sized treats are sure to transport your taste buds to paradise.
🤍 Ingredients:
Cheesecake base:
- 200g soaked Medjool dates
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsps maca powder
- water (optional)
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor/using a hand blender, transfer them into silicone liners & freeze overnight
Cupuaçu cheesecake cream:
- 1 packet of defrosted, cupuaçu purée
- 1 can of coconut milk
- sweetener of choice (if needed)
Mix the ingredients until well combined, place the cream over the frozen cheesecake base, and freeze overnight/additional few hours.
