Luscious Chia Seeds and Mango Pudding
Give your taste buds a vacation and dive into this vibrant and refreshing treat!
🧡 Mango smoothie:
- 2 packets of wild-grown mango purée
-1 frozen banana
- a splash of plant-based milk
Blend all of the ingredients.
🤍 Chia pudding:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or any other milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (vegan honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, or your preferred sweetener)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all of the ingredients, stir often in the span of 15 minutes, then place in the fridge overnight.
🧡 Method:
Place the chia pudding at the bottom of a glass, and top it with the mango smoothie! You can interchange the layers, or stick to two!
