Açai Breakfast Parfait
Breakfast has never looked so good… Eat straight away or make the night before for brekkie-on-the-go.
Ingredients:
1 packet of frozen açaí purée (melted)
2 cups of coconut yoghurt
granola (check out our Instagram page for some delicious granola recipes!)
blueberries & raspberries
Mix the yoghurt with the açaí in a bowl
Start creating layers of açaí mix, granola, fresh fruit, and repeat
Eat straight away or store in the fridge for 24 hours. 💜
