We have two separate refund policies below. Our Standard Refund Policy covers all products except for Frozen Products, while we also have a Frozen Product Refund Policy to cover these related purchases.

 

Standard Refund Policy (excludes frozen items):

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you are entitled to a full refund. Post any unopened items to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Frozen Product Refund Policy:

Due to the frozen nature of our açai puree, we do not accept returns.

If you are not entirely happy with the condition of your product, please email us at hello@growildacai.co.uk and we will organise replacement items or a refund where applicable.
