Refreshing, Tart Cupuaçu Sorbet
Indulge in the tantalizing flavors of cupuaçu with this invigorating recipe for a tart and refreshing cupuaçu sorbet, a perfect treat to beat the summer heat.
🤍 Cupuaçu sorbet:
- 2 melted cupuaçu purée packets
- 200 ml condensed coconut milk
- 200 ml single use oat cream
- agave nectar/maple syrup/vean honey (optional)
🤍 Method:
1. Melt the cupuaçu purée packets by placing them in a bowl of water.
2. Cut the packets open, transfer them into a bowl.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, sweeten with a sweetner of your choice.
4. Mix the ingredients together, pour the mixture into a freezer safe container & freeze overnight.
5. Take out of the fridge an hour before serving, so that the sorbet can be spooned out of the container.
6. Serve with fresh fruit or on its own!
