Pumpkin & Mango Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

Dive into a bowl of creamy deliciousness that blends the comforting taste of pumpkin spice with the refreshing sweetness of mango and apple. It’s like autumn and summer had a delightful collision in your bowl!

🧡 Ingredients:

- 2 packets of wild-grown mango purée
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 banana
- a splash of oat milk

Toppings:
- pan fried caramelised apples (fry apples with a small amount of coconut oil, brown sugar & mixed spice on a medium heat, add water if necessary - they’re ready once they become soft)
- pumpkin seeds
- more mixed spice!
