Pink Pitaya Yoghurt Bark
Simple, quick and delicious! A great alternative to ice cream if you’re feeling like trying something new this summer!
💗 Ingredients:
- 1 packet of our wild-grown pink pitaya purée (melted)
- 1 tub of soy Greek-style yogurt
- toppings to choice - we went for cherries, strawberries, coconut chips and cacao nibs
Spread the yogurt onto a baking tray pre-lined with baking paper + drizzle our pink pitaya purée over it. Combine it gently.
Top with your toppings of choice.
Place it in the freezer overnight.
Take it out of the freezer and cut it with a sharp knife into squares. Enjoy!
