Pink Pitaya Coconut Bowl

The velvety texture, the vibrant colour, and all of the nutrients… this bowl is a salute to feeling good!

💗 Ingredients:

- 1 packet of our wild-grown pink pitaya purée
- 1/2 cup coconut water
-
1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Toppings:
-
kiwi slices
- desiccated coconut
- a drizzle of vegan honey (optional)
- nuts

💗 Method:

Blend all of the ingredients, pour into a bowl & top with anything you like. Enjoy!
