Chocolate Pink Pitaya Chia Pudding

Fancy something sweet, refreshing, but also filling and chocolatey? You’ve just successfully found it!

💗 Pink Pitaya Layer Ingredients:

- 1 packet of wild-grown pink pitaya purée
- 1/2 frozen banana
- a splash of oat milk

💗 Chia Pudding Layer Ingredients:

- 1 cup oat milk
- 3 tbsps chia seeds
- 2 tbsps agave nectar


💗 Toppings:

- mango
- chocolate sauce

💗 Method:

Combine chia pudding ingredients in a bowl/jar & set aside for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Blend the ingredients for pitaya layer in a blender.

Place the chia pudding at the bottom of your chosen dish, and top it with pitaya smoothie, mango chunks & your chocolate sauce of choice. Enjoy!
