Açaí Sauce & Blended Overnight Oats!

Glowingly velvet, packed with antioxidants & omega-3 açaí jam!

💜 Overnight oats:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of oat milk
- 2 tbsps chia seeds
- as much maple syrup as you crave!

Blend all of the ingredients, pop into the fridge overnight.

💜 Açaí Sauce:

Ingredients:
- 1 açaí purée packet
- 3 tbsps maple syrup
- 3 tsps corn flour
- 1/3 cup water

1. Defrost the açaí purée packet by placing it in a bowl filled with warm water for a few minutes.
2. Pour the purée to a saucepan, add maple syrup, combine over a medium heat.
3. Dissolve corn flour in water, make sure there are no lumps. Add it to the saucepan.
4. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
5. Remove from the stove, pour into a jar/container immediately.

Pour onto your overnight oats & serve with fruit and nuts! 😋
