2 Ingredient Mango Mousse

Who said mango mousse has to be complicated? This dessert isn't just a delight for your sweet tooth; it's a symphony of simplicity and flavour.

🧡 Ingredients:

- 2 packets of wild-grown mango purée (melted)
- 1 can of coconut milk (the solid, separated part)


🧡 Method:

Place the coconut milk in the fridge overnight.

Separate the coconut fat carefully, making sure it does not mix with the liquid. Whip the cream for about a minute - don’t overmix it!
Start adding the melted mango purée gently, little by little.

Once the mixture is well-stired, pour it into jars and place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Enjoy with anything you like!
