Mango & Lime Energy Balls

These will definitely make you want to dance! Nothing better than our sweet mango purée combined with sour lime.

🧡 Ingredients:

- 1 packet of wild-grown mango purée (melted)
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 cup of oats
- 10 dates
- zest of 1 lime


1. In a food processor (or using a hand mixer), combine the chopped walnuts, oats, dates, melted mango purée, and 1 tsp of lime zest.

2. Pulse until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.

3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands & top with the remaining lime zest

4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Store in the freezer in an airtight container (to make them last longer) and defrost before eating. Enjoy!
