Cupuaçu Cheesecake Bites
The ideal snack for the sunny days ahead! Creamy, chocolatey & just delicious!
🤍 Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- water (if needed)
Blend all of the ingredients, line the bottom of a muffin baking tray with the mixture.
Cupuaçu layer:
- 1 packet of of our wild-grown cupuaçu purée
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- sweetener of choice to taste
Blend all of the ingredients, pour the mixture onto the pre-lined muffin tray.
Place the cheesecake bites in the freezer.
In the meantime, melt one bar of @radekschocolate chocolate of choice - we went for Lions Mane Triple Extracted 🌱
Pour the chocolate onto the frozen cheesecake bites. Place them back in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.
Take them out of the freezer 20 minutes before enjoying them!
